Property Management Services

Letting

Property appointments, interviewing and selecting tenants.

Advertising

Your property will have a detailed ad on realestate.com.au. Advertisements in The Advertiser can also be used.

Management

Includes collecting of rent, lease preparation and completing Inspection Sheet, routine inspections, final inspections, bond collection and bond discharging, arranging any repairs. All landlord and tenant liaison as required.
Our management fee is all inclusive with no extra costs.

Rent Payments to Owners

Monthly rent is paid to owners in the first few days of every month. Payments direct to the owners nominated bank account via internet banking.

Statements

Statements are posted to owners at the beginning of every month together with any copies of paid repair accounts.

Annual Summary

Full summary of all transactions for financial year. (Posted in July)

Lease

Lease preparation and lease renewals.

Rent Increase

Effecting rent increases.

Repairs and Maintenance

Arranging any necessary repairs e.g. plumbing, electrical after consulting with owner. Attending to those accounts from rent. We have carefully selected an excellent team of tradespeople who provide a good service at very competitive prices.

Inspections

Regular internal and external inspections are provided. A written report is included with the next monthly statement.

Tribunal Hearing

We attend any Tribunal Hearing in the event a dispute must be resolve by the Residential Tenancies Tribunal – owner fully consulted.
